Dama del Rovere is a small family run winery specialized in the local varieties of the province of Verona: Garganega and Durello. The Durlì is produced using the traditional Italian method called metodo classico, in which a second fermentation is carried out in the bottle; as is the case with Champagne. This cuvee rests on the lees for 12 months, yielding a wine full of vivacity and finesse.
